Docket Row

Terms of service

Last updated September 11, 2026

Docket Row is operated by Pecos Solutions LLC, Philadelphia, PA. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Docket Row sends email digests about Philadelphia public records. The records come from City datasets and hearing materials, indexed by the open public-record project civus.org, which is where each link in a digest points. We relay what the record says and link to it; we do not verify it, and we do not give legal advice. Records can be late, corrected, or missing at the source, and a feed can fail. Do not rely on an alert as your only notice of a deadline or hearing.

Accounts and plans

The free plan includes one property watch. Pro is billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where the service was unavailable for a sustained time, in which case write to hello@civus.org.

Acceptable use

One person per account. No automated scraping of alert emails to resell the data. No use that harasses a person named in a record.

Changes and termination

We can change prices with 30 days notice by email, change these terms with notice on this page, and close accounts that violate them. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pecos Solutions LLC, Philadelphia, PA is not liable for losses arising from a missed, late, or inaccurate alert. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
